Four flats dwelling designed as a single sculptural entity, this building has a strong identity in its environment, each flat is the reflection of the personality of its owner. The volumes are rooted in the natural setting of the steep terrain, emerging as a sculpture.

Structured visually and functionally by the girders and shear walls of reinforced concrete, stretching horizontally to oppose the vertical shaft of the circulation in an aesthetical counterpoint of forces. The building is anti-seismic with a high ratio of general safety factors.
