Set in Ashrafieh, the building takes full advantage of the requirements while offering a sculptural aspect, as a mark of presence amid a dense and neutral urban environment. The volumes are simple in their setting, presenting small plain inflections that amplify to include a protruding glass shaft structured by wood trusses, and stretching all along the façade in a cascade of light, in order to give a strong identification for the building entrance. Steel was used too in a high-tech expression to frame the large balconies, opening their space with minimal obstruction, as well as to give a distinctive to favor the commercial value of the building.
