The MIDIS Dubai offices are strategically located next to the DIC zone, spanning over 4,500m2 distributed on 4 floors in the Cayan Business Center. The floors are designed with the MIDIS brand identity, inspiring technology with the modern materials and profiles used. The glass partitions with their discrete black highlights follow the curved facade elegantly. We opted for sliding soft-closing doors for the offices, to enhance the movement of the glazed corridor. A large boardroom is placed on the 10th floor, overlooking the Dubai skyline.

The canteen is placed on the 9th floor, with its natural green walls and dark green leather benches it transforms the space to a gathering area. The steel structure of the building with its low H Beams inspired us to an open ceiling design. The AC ducts are painted white, tracing the technical movement on the black open ceiling, occasionally marked with the sprinklers red pipes. The overall look is a high tech office where the elegance of the colour palette of the furniture is contrasted with the complexity of the ceiling movement.
