Housing over 4,000 m2 of offices on 4 floors, the buildings’ strategically placed louvers minimize direct sun exposure while allowing natural light in the offices. A completely modular system of partitions, along with raised floors make this office fully customizable. 3 Elevators serve efficiently the different companies, while welcoming the visitors to a central garden.

The main reception desks are drawn after the client logo in a bold movement of white corian, highlighted by a French oak wall and ceiling. The Data Center is placed on a fully glazed corner for clients to see while going to the boardroom. The offices are designed in grey tones for a high tech and corporate look. The ceiling metal panels are perforated for an enhanced soundproofing performance. The precisely calculated lighting distribution and fluid circulation allow this office to operate efficiently in a very pleasant environment.
